Requisitos: Your future role: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the Spanish market by conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the Spanish SaaS market. Use these insights to develop and refine our sales strategies. - Proactively monitor the current market situation and develop new ideas for implementing appropriate sales strategies. - Run the sales process from start to end which covers delivering online demos, conducting negotiations, managing/closing deals and driving adoption and/or expansion. - You ensure that our customers are best prepared for a smooth handover to our Customer Success Team Onboarding Service and/or our regular support. - Keep an eye on our sales KPIs and strive to improve them through the continuous development of internal processes. - Opportunity to build and manage a local sales team in Spain. As the team grows, provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets. Your Skills: - You are native Spanish and speak an excellent level of business English. - At least 5 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience, preferably in SaaS-Company. - Proven experience in sales leadership, including both direct and lateral management, with a strong emphasis on empathetic and appreciative leadership aligned with our core values. - High-energy, driven sales personality with experience in business development in the Spanish market. - Strong understanding of the Spanish market, with the ability to analyze and capitalize on local trends and opportunities.
