Requisitos: Experience working in DEI, Consulting, Program/Project Management, Learning and Development or Human Resources experience in talent management, organizational culture or as a business partner conducting DEI activities. -Ability to engage in a consultative manner, demonstrating strong analytical skills. Demonstrate proficient expertise in working with large data sets to glean and integrate insights to develop actionable initiatives. -Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees required. -Flexible and adaptive in approach, comfortable with ambiguity and imperfection as all decisions can be reversed. -Self-motivated, team player, ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation as appropriate -Strong organizational and project management skills -Strong facilitation and collaboration skills -Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently. -Ability to deal with sensitive/confidential matters, exercise sound judgement. -Solution-oriented, leveraging a network to identify solutions and implement them. -Expert-level knowledge in using MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
