Descripción: As IT Apprentice based in Madrid reporting to the Iberic IT Manager you will be responsible to migrate our computer base installed from W10 to W11. You will travel around Iberia laboratories to ...
Requisitos: Who are you? -University Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science; or an equivalent field; or Vocational Training qualifications such as Intermediate Vocational Training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, or Advanced Vocational Training in Telecommunications and Computer Systems or Network Systems Administration. -Vocational Specialization Course in Cybersecurity in IT Environments or Postgraduate studies or certifications in Networks, Routing, Switching (e.g. CCNA) will be highly valued. -Internships in companies in the healthcare sector will be a plus -Ability to perform software updates, parameter validation and verification, Internet Protocol configuration, Wireless Modems/Routers setup, Cloud systems and services, and Cybersecurity. Basic knowledge of LIS/HIS configuration is also desirable. -Knowledge and experience in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments (*texto oculto*022). -Familiarity with processes and workflows in clinical analysis laboratories. -Ability to collaborate effectively with hospital IT staff to install and configure remote software and connection systems. -Problem-solving: Demonstrated troubleshooting skills both remotely and on customer sites. -Ability to work independently, manage priorities, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Strong analytical thinking, teamwork orientation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Passionate about the healthcare sector and eager to learn every day. -Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese will be considered a plus.
