Requisitos: Who are you? -Computing engineer or generalist -Experience: At least 5 years in IT or industry environments -Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to diverse user groups -Ability to build effective relationships with users, partners, and IS teams -Well?organized and structured -Solid experience in investigating and resolving IT issues -Familiar with the constraints related to production environments -Fluent in English -Strong ability to synthesize information -Proactive, committed, with the ability to innovate and propose solutions -Capacity to take ownership of complex topics and drive them to completion -Team spirit, adaptability, and emotional intelligence among the key interpersonal skills required for this role
