Descripción: Your role -Provide professional desktop support for macOS, Windows, and Linux systems, as well as mobile devices. -Manage system and software deployments using enterprise tools (e.g. Microsoft ...
Requisitos: You have -At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support environment. -A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. -Hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows, Linux and macOS systems, including desktop and mobile platforms. -Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365 services. -Experience integrating desktop and mobile devices into enterprise IT environments, including network, file, email and collaboration services. -Knowledge of virtualisation and VDI technologies (e.g. VMware Horizon). -Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organisational skills. -Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. - You may also have -Experience with enterprise software deployment and configuration management tools (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, JAMF Pro). -German language skills. - Contract length: 3 years - renewable up to 9 years
