Requisitos: Must-haves -5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in full-stack roles. -Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. -Strong software engineering principles: clean code, modularity, testing, and maintainability. -Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems. -Self-motivated and able to navigate a fast-changing startup environment. -Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). -Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice-to-haves -Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and end-to-end testing. -Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) workflows -Exposure to one of: AI/ML, GenAI integrations, Security -Related domain expertise: energy, certification, sustainability, or regulated industries. -Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. ?
